This Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) ensures stable, secure, and equitable use of inteliQ services for all customers.

1. Purpose

ezDial is designed for genuine business use, sales, information gathering, data cleansing and customer interaction. Excessive, automated, or abusive usage may impact system performance.

2. AI Usage Limits

AI minutes are allocated per seat or per plan. Excessive consumption beyond reasonable operational use may result in throttling or overage charges.

3. Prohibited Behaviour

• Continuous automated audio streaming without active human interaction
• Using ezDial as a call recording archive or surveillance system
• Attempting to bypass usage limits or billing controls
• Any, scam, spam or fraudulant activities

4. Monitoring

We may monitor usage patterns to ensure compliance with this policy. Monitoring is limited to service integrity and billing accuracy.

5. Enforcement

Breaches may result in warnings, throttling, additional charges, suspension, or termination depending on severity.
